Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received through PayPal.
For ready-to-ship rugs, processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
For custom and made-to-order rugs, production typically takes 5–6 weeks before shipping. The estimated production time is displayed on the product page.
Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier.
